MINDFUL OF:the Decree N° 2011/412 of 09 December 2011   reorganising the Presidency of the Republic; Considering; Restricted consultation to tender N°30/RCT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2016 after authorisation N°.0000961/L/PRC/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMTR/CE3/EECA of the 15/02/20156 for a mutual agreement for the continuation of the construction works of the Bamenda Central Prison (PHASE III) in the North West Region.

DECIDES

Article 1:  Jobbing Order to carry out the continuation of the construction works of the Bamenda Central Prison (PHASE III) in the North West Region followlng the invitation to tender mentioned above Is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:

Article 2:  This Decision shall be registered and published where ever need be.
