As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget for the 2020 financial year, the Governor of the Adamawa Région, the Contracting Authority, launches a national invitation to tender for the acquisition of the computer equipments for the Ngaoundere spécial Mission for Tse-tse Plies Eradication.

The participation is opened on equal terms to ail companies under Cameroonian law, installed in the Republic of Cameroon.
The work, which Is the subject of this call for tenders, is financed by the public Investment budget of the Ministry of Small and Médium Size Enterprises, Social Economy and Handcraft, 2020 financial year, budget allocation: 54 31 531023 2276 (IV04726).

Place of deliverv
The place of delivery is : Ngaoundere Spécial Mission for Tse-tse Plies Eradication
Each bidder shall attach to its administrative documents, a bid deposit established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance (exhibit 12), and specifying the amount of two hundred forty thousand (240,000) CFA francs, valid for thirty days beyond the date of the validity of the tenders.
Under penalty of rejection, the documents in Ihe required administrative documents must be produced in originais or cerlified copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority. These documents shall be less than three months before the date of submission of tenders or have been established after the date of signature of the tender notice.
The opening of the tenders will take place in a time, on the 20 April 2020 at 03:00 pm local time, by the Adamawa Regionai Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend this opening session, or be represented by a duly appointed person oftheirchoice.
After opening, the Adamawa Regionai Tenders Board will proceed to the tenders analysis.
Eliminating criteria
1) Absence of an administrative document;
2) Non-conforming administrative document;
3) False déclaration;
4) Falsified document;
5) Absence of a price in the estimated détail;
6) Absence of unit price in the unit prices schedule;
7) Description of a proposed unit price not complying with the spécifications of the particular requirements of the notice;
8) Delivery time greater than three months;
9) Inappropriate bidder présentation
The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose suppiy has been compilant and less valued
The bidders shall remain engaged by their tender for 90 days from the deadiine set for the submission of tenders
