The Regional Delegate of Public Contract in the Far North in Maroua Contracting Authority launches on behalf of the Mayors of the town whose names are listed in the table below, Client, a Call for Open National invitation to tender for the construction of drillings in some localities in the Far North Region. The Works are grouped into four (04) lots according to allotments below.

 NB: a tender can not be awarded more than one lot

The work, the subject of this tender includes the following:

• Geophysical exploration;

• Mobilization and site installation;

• drilling;

• Drilling equipment;

Development and flow test;

superstructure;

Disinfection and drainage equipment;

solar power System ifthe pastoral drilling to solar energy;

wire fence;

Commissioning of the works;

As far as works are concerned, an estimated amount of one hundred twelve million five hundred thousand (112 500 000) CFA F is allocated for this contract by The Budget for the general endowment of decentralizatin; Imputation year 2016.

Four lots

Participation in this call for tender is open to Automobiles Dealers, Cameroonian law firms located in the national territory. By this invitation to tender, interested companies are called upon to provide authentic information which will be useful for the choice of the one that can meet the needs of the required service after an in-depth and objective appraisal of its application file.

The maximum execution time provided by the Client for completion of the work is two (02) calendar months. This period includes periods of rainy weather and all the various constraints and runs from the date of notification of the Service Order  to start works, when you sign your contract.

Each applicant will include in his administrative file a deposit (in compliance with the model attached) issued by a first class banking institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and which list features in Document 12 ofthe tender file, and valid for thirty (30) days with effect from the tender validity deadline.

They must date less than three (3) months and valid on the day of the tender disclosure.

Tenders disclosure will be done in one stage on 07th December 2016 at 10.00 am prompt at the meeting Hall of the RegionalDelegationofthe Far North Region in the presence of the tender applicants. Only them may attend the opening session or have themselves represented by a duly person of their choice (even in case of joint venture) having a sound knowledge of their file.

Eliminatory criteria

a. Absence of any of the administrative file;

b. False declaration or forged document;

c. False declaration in the administrative file.

The Regional Delegate for the Public Contracts of the Far North Region, Contracting Authority grants the contract to the applicant whose file, admissible administratively, assessed appealing with the lowest bid deemed to be and substantially in accordance with the tender file.

Applicants will be bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the tender-submission deadline
