In the setting of the execution of the Budget of investment Publics for the exercise 2024, the Mayor of the township of precinct of Douala IV throws a National invitation to tender notice N°002/ONIT/CAD4/ITBC/2024 of 06th February 2024 relating on the control of water hyacinth and invasive plants in the Douala iv Sub divisional Council in emergence procedure.

The project will consist of collecting and Valorization of water hyacinth for composting and fermentation in partnership with water hyacinth valorization actors and raising public awareness of waste management in general and recovery of hyacinth in particular.

The estimable cost at the end of the previous studies is in ten million (10 000 000) CFA francs.

The involvement to the present consultation is open to the consultant qualified meadow.

The benefits object of the present cati of offers is financed by the Budget of Public investments (BPI) Ascription:

At the risk of dismissal, the requisite other pieces of the administrative file must be produced imperatively in original or in copies certified compilant by the issuing service or an administrative authority in accordance with the stipulations of the particular regulation of the call of offers.
They should date at teast of three inevitably (03) month during the original date of deposit of the offers or have been established after the date of signature of the opinion of call of offers.
Ail incomplete offers in accordance with the prescriptions of the file of call of offers will be declared inadmissible. Notably the absence of the submissiveness guaranty delivered by a first-ctass bank accepted by the ministry charged of the finances.

The delay of execution of the benefit foreseen by the master of work is of two (02) months from the date of notification of the order of service of starting of the benefit.

The tenders must be accompanied by a Provisional surety-bond (bid bond) established according to the modet stipulated in the bidding document and issued by a first-rate bank which is approved by the Ministry of Finance and amounting to the amount set here below: 2% of the tender amount with taxes included of the offer 200 000 (Two hundred thousand) FCFA.
Bank cheques and certified cheques are accepted.

Ta avoid any rejection, the administrative documents required, should imperatively be the originats or certified true copies (certified by the issuing service) in conformity with the Special Regulation of this Invitation to Tender.
They must be dated not more than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of bids.
Ail tenders that don not conform to the prescriptions of this notice and those of the Tender documents, will be declared inadmissible. The non-respect of the format of tender documents will result to the rejection of the tender, without any possibility to appeal.

Opening of bids (envelops, double envelops and sub-packages) will take place on the 04th March 2024 at 2 pm and will be a single session of the Douala IV sub-divisional Council's Internai Tender Board Commission and will hold at the Douala IV sub-divisional Town Hall at the conference Room, 2ndstorey
