The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent open national invitation to Tender No. 002/CDC/TSD/I.T.B/24 for the supply of one(1) Ten Ton Tipper and five (5) Double Cabin Pick-Ups for CDC.
The nature of the services involves the Supply, transportation and handling of the Pick-ups as specified in the Technical Specifications in Doc 5 as per the following lots;

This urgent National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises with experience in the supply of the above.
The Supplies of the above shall be financed by the State 2022 and 2023 Budgets.
Interested Bidders can consult the Tender Documents on the CDC website at www.cdc-cameroon.com , or at the General Manager's Office (Room 209), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe, South West Region Cameroon during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.rn) Mondays to Fridays as from 9/2/24 Bidders shah be expected to pay a non-refundable fixed sum of 126,750 FCFA for the Tender to the ARMP Special Account No. 9756866000-1-28 with BICEC.
Complete offers written in either English or French and in SEVEN (7) copies (One Original and SIX Copies) sealed in an envelope shah be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe on or before the 1/3/24 at 1:00 pm Local time or by Registered mail to Cameroon Development Corporation.
The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

The duration of execution of the supplies shall be within Ninety (90) days to be delivered to the CDC Supplies Department Tiko from the date of notification of the service order to commence.
Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Bond shall have a validity period of 120 days from the date the bids are opened.
Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender and the tender documents shall be rejected.
The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 1/3/24 at 2:OOpm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed.
CRITERIA: Bids shall be rejected when:
- There is Absence of an Administrative document alter 48hours of bid opening.
- There is incomplete technical/ Financial Offers
- They have falsified documents or false declarations
- There is non conformity of an administrative document 48hrs after Bid opening
- There is absence of Bid Bond
- They do not conform to the technical specifications
Article 12: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

Article 13: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOTS WHICH A BIDDER CAN WIN: Bidders can tender for more than one lot and can win more than one lot.
Bidders shall remain comrnitted to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
