Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2024, The Mayor of Isangele Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF STEEL POLES FOR RURAL ELECTRIFICATION IN ISANGELE
The works comprise in a nutshell:
Supply and installation of metallic poles (Steel)
Construction of footing, Sundry works.
Further detailed information is provided in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Water and Energy (MINEE) 2024 financial year; Budget

The complete tender file may be obtained from the General Secretariat of the Mayor of Isangele Council, upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of Eighty-five Thousand (85 000) CFA F, at the Isangele Municipal Treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Private Secretariat of the Mayor of Isangele Council, against a receipt not later than 06/03/2024 at 9 am local time and the outer envelope labeled:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months
bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour I • Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of One Million (1.000,000) CFAF with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in two (02) phases. The opening of the administrative/technical files shall take place on 06032024 at 10 am local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting Authority in the Isangele Council Conference Hall, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney). Only financial bids of bidders who have scored at least 70% in the first phase shall be opened at a later date by the Technical sub Committee of analysis of bids.
