No. 233 362 615 / 233 362 252 on or before the 14/04/2020 at 11.00 A.M in a single envelope comprising the administrative, technical and financial Documents upon the issue of an acknowledgement receipt. The Envelop shall be addressed as follows: “OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER No .002/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2020 OF 12/03/2020 FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SERVICE VEHICLE” The external envelope should not carry any mark that can lead to the identification of the bidder. |

Au lieu de ... The Bids shall be opened in a single phase in the tender Board office of CDENO on the 14/04/2020 at 12:00 prompt. At the opening of the bids by the CDENO Internal Tenders Board, any bid that shall not conform to the prescription of the tender documents shall be rejected outrightly, especially those lacking any required Administrative document and the guarantee deposit, which must be originals or copies certified by a competent Authority at the place of issue of the original. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person |
