Building of a block of two classrooms in CETIC of Badeng, Mifi Division (batch1);Building of a block of two classrooms in the Government bilingual technical High school of Banengo, Bafoussam I Sub-Division, Mifi Division (batch2);Building of a block of two classrooms in CETIC of Basse, Bafoussam III Sub-Division, Mifi Division (batch3);Building of a maternity ward R+1 in the District Hospital of Dja, in Bandjoun, koung-Khi Division (batch4).

The works subject of this contract include: (post or volume of works).

⦁ preliminary work;

⦁ earthworks;

⦁ laying the foundations;

⦁ elevation work;

⦁ installation of wood and metal supplies;

⦁ electrical work;

⦁ plumbing work;

The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stands is

lot 1 : twenty two million (22 000 000) Francs CFA.

lot 3 : twenty two million (22 000 000) Francs CFA.

lot 4 : one hundred  million (100 000 000) Francs CFA.

The works shall be divided into 4 (four) lots defined as follows:

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Project Owner or Delegated Project Owner for the execution of the works subject of this tender shall be

lot 1 : five (5) Month

lot 2 : five (5) Month

lot 3 : five (5) Month

lot 4 : five (5) Month

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of

lot 1 : four hundred forty  thousand (440 000) Francs CFA;

lot 2 : four hundred forty  thousand (440 000) Francs CFA;

lot 3 : four hundred forty  thousand (440 000) Francs CFA;

lot 4 : two million (2 000 000) Francs CFA; 

 and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.

Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer…) in accordance with the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender. 

They must not be older than three preceding the original date of submission of bids (3) months or must not have been established after the signing of the tender notice. 

Any incomplete offer in accordance with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

The opening of the administrative documents and the technical [and/or] financial offers [technical and financial if it is the single phase opening, technical only if two-phase opening] shall take place on _27/03/1014 at 11 h 00 o’clock  by the Tenders Board attached to the Président Of The Regional Counsilin the Western Regional Council  hall. 

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the following: 

• Financial situation;
• Experience;
• Personnel;
• Equipment

The contracting authority will award the contract to the bidder whose administrative offer is deemed compliant, meeting the required technical and financial capacities resulting from the essential criteria of the Tender Document, and which will be the lowest bidder at the evaluation of the financial offer.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days for NIT and 120 days for IIT from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
