Envelope A (sealed): Technical proposal comprising:
a) Technical Proposal Submission letter according to enclosed format
b) Methodology and work plan
c) Curriculum vitae of the Individual Consultant as per enclosed format
d) Signed Bank's Policy - Corrupt and Fraudulent Practices as in annex D
Envelope B (sealed and name of consultant): Financial proposal comprising:
a) Financial Proposal Submission letter according to enclosed format
b) Details of financial proposal
c) Proposed payment schedule as per deliverables in terms of reference.
