CONSTRUCTION OF BLOCK OF CLASSROOMS AT THE PRIMARY OF
SUBDIVISIONAL OFFICE OF MAKARY, LOGONE AND CHARI DIVISIONAL, FAR
NORTH REGION.

The provisional delivery deatline pmvided for by the contracling Authority shall be three (03)
months. including the possible constrainis related to Ihe site sitation such as accessibility and
climate conditions, from tbo date of notification of service order to .start works. It is due to the
bidder to propose in his Offer a carrying eut calendar that goes in the deadiine indicated above.

The Offersshoiild be accompanied by a bid bond issucd by a first rate-bank approved by the
Minîstry in charge of Finance of and amounl, that is four hundred and sixty tbousand (460 000 )
CFA francs.

Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be
declared inadmissible. Especially. the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank
approved bythe ministry in charge of finance or the non-respect of the modells of the
tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer without any
appeal bieng entertained.

The bids shall be opened in one [01] phase.
The opening of administrative documents, the technical and financiaL offers shall take
place on the 25/03/ 2024 At 11 am /pm local time by MAKARY coucil. Only bidders may attend or be duly
