The provisional delivery deatline provided for by tlie contracting Authority shall be neinty (90)
days, induding the possible constraints related to the site sitation such as accessibility and
dimate conditions.ffom the date of notification of service order to start works. Il is due to the
bidder to propose in his Offer a carrying out calendar that goes in the deadiine indicated above.

Each biddcr must include in his administrative documents, a bld bond issued by a first
rate-bank approved by the ministry in charge of finance of an amount of four hundred
thousand (400 000) CFA francs. valid for thirty(30) days from the date of bld-opening.
Under pain of being reiected, only originals or true copies certifîed by the issuing service
Or administrative authorities (senior Divisional officers, Divisional offîcers...} of the
administrative documents requred, induding the bid bond, must imperatively be
produced inaccordance with the Spécial Conditions of theinvtation to tender. They must
obligatory not be older than three months or must net be produced afterthe signing of
the tender file.

Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shail be
declared inadmissible. Especially, the absence of a bid bondissued by a first-rate bank
approved by the ministry in charge of finance or the non-respect of the modells of the
tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer without any
appeal bieng entertained.

The contract will be attributed to the bidder whose :
1) Administrative Offer will be dedared conform ;
2) Technicai Offer will be dedared and have gathered at last 75% ofYes in qualification criteria ;
3) Financial Offer, after ail corrections in confonrrity with the Particuïar Régulation of the
invitation to tender, will be dedared conform in relation to the Technicai Clauses of the
invitation to tender and dassified the fewer proposition.

Bidders will remain commltted to their Offers for sixty (60) DAYS from the date set for the
delivery of Offers.
