The Works which shall be tendeed for the road works maintenance in Makary consists of task as enumerated in the estimations.

_Budgeted amount = 100 000 000 (Hundred millions") CFA francs ;

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to comoanies soecialised in public works located in Cameroon.

The provisional doHvery deatline provided for by the contracting Authority shall be sixty (60)
days, including the po.ssible constraints related to the site sitation such as accessibility and
dimate condilions,froni the date of notification of service order to starl works. It is due to the
bidder to propose in lus Offer a carryingoatcalendarthatgoes in the deadline indicated above.

Each bidder must indude in his administrative documents, a bid bond îssued by a fîrst
rate-bank approved by the ministry in charge of finance of an amount of Fifty hundred
thousand and Two millUons (2 000 000] CFAfrancs, valid for sixty (60] days from the date of
bid-opening.
Under pain of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service
Or administrative authorities (senior Divisional officers, Divisional ofiicers...) of the
administrative documents requred, including the bid bond, must imperativeiy be
produced in accordance with the Spécial Conditions of the invtation to tender. They must
oblluatorv not be older than three months or must not be produced afterthe signing of
tlie tender file.

Anyoffernot in conformitywith the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be
declared inadmissible. Especially, the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank
approved by the ministiy in charge of finance or the non-respect of the modells of the
tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejecdon of the offer without any

The contrai t will be altribuled to the bidder whose :

2- Technicîd Offer will be dedared and bave gathered at last 75% dfYes In qualification criteria ;
3- Financial Offer, afteral! correaions in conformity with the Particular Régulation of the
invitation lo lender, will be dedared conform in relation to the Technical Clauses of the
invitation to tcndcr and classified the fewer proposition.
