The works comprise notably; FOR THE SUPPLY OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS TO FARMERS IN EKONDO TITI This involves the realisation of the tasks outlined in the bills of quantities and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses comprising notably; Prelimanary works and actions involving complementary studies  Supply of agricultural inputs

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 10,300 000 CFA FRANCS

Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities and who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bangaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of two hundred and six thousand francs (206 000) FCFA. With a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 10/04/ 2024 at 1 1 am local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting authority in the Conference Hall of the Ekondo titi Council Office, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowedge of the file.

Bids shall be rejected \Mnen:

 They lack bid security

 Fålse declaration or fake document

 Non respect of three (3) main qualification criteria

 Technical marks below 70%

b)    Main qualification (essential) criteria: The eveluation of the bids shall be done on predefined technical criteria folloving the binary process (Yes' or 'No'). The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the folowing:

-         General presentation, compliance with model bid;

-         Financial capacity

-         Experience (references) of the enterprise;

-         Personnel to be mobilised

-         Ongoing job Wthin the municipality

Material and essential equipment put at the disposal of the project;

-         Methodology, organization of the site and relevance of proposed solutions;

-         Mastery of the terrain

-         Duration of execution.

The contract shall be awarded to the qualified bidder with the lowest reasonable financial offer.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
