In order to constitute a shortlist of approved consultants to participate in the National Restricted Call for Bids for the purchase of a Health Insurance policy for the personnel of the National Agency for Radiation Protection (ANRP), the Director General of the ANRP, the Client launches a Notice of Call for Interest (AMI) for the Insurance Companies under the following conditions:
The purpose of this Notice of Appeal for an Expression of Interest is the prequalification of the Insurance Companies to participate in the National Restricted Call for Bids for the coverage of Health Insurance staff.
The insurance companies interested in the service must have proven references in the field of insurance.
Be a Cameroonian Insurance Company based in Cameroon;
B- Justify the administrative, technical and financial capacity required, in particular:
- Present an administrative file in accordance with specifications III-1 below;
- Have good experience in the fields of health insurance policies;
- Fulfill the conditions laid down by the regulations in force in the member states of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (CIMA) and not under the supervision of the CIMA;
- Have an IPSO certification.
Applications will be submitted in four (04) copies, one (01) original and three (03) marked as sealed envelopes, with two separate envelopes in the Budget, Material and Heritage Department (SBMP) Of the ANRP, no later than 14 April 2014 at 10 am local time and shall be marked.

Candidates for this expression of interest must provide the following documents:
III-1 Part One (Administrative Record)
The first part will include administrative documents, originals or certified copies, dated less than three (03) months and valid for Fiscal Year 2017:
- A letter of motivation stamped, dated and signed by the candidate;
- A copy of the current license;
- A certified copy of the valid taxpayer's card;
- A certificate of non-bankruptcy issued by the Court of First Instance of the candidate's domicile;
- A certificate of non-exclusion of public contracts awarded by the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP) dating less than three (03) months;
- Certified copy of the approval of the tenderer's insurance profession issued by the Minister for Finance.
NB: It is specified that the absence or invalidity of one of the above mentioned parts will lead to the elimination of the candidate.

The technical offers will be evaluated on one hundred (100) points according to the essential criteria.

The candidate will present the references, while specifying the list of fields of his specialization, his experience for the benefits provided for in this notice.
To be valid, each reference of the same nature must be justified by the following elements:
- the name of the Client;
- a copy of the first and last pages of the relevant registered contract
- photocopy of the acceptance report.
Any false statement will result in the rejection of the offer.
