Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Mamfe Council hereby launches a Request for Quotation by Emergency Procedure FOR THE PURCHASE OF 600 BENCHES FOR GOVERNMENT PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN MAMFE MUNICIPALITY (G.B.P.S) BESONGABANG, G.P.S MAMFE TOWN GROUPS 1, 2 AND 3, G.S MILE ONE, G.P.S EGBEKAW (GROUPS 1,2 AND 3).

The supply comprises the outcome of the preliminary studies can^-ied out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 18 000 000 FCFA.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender

Services, subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year as follows: RECORD NUMBER: 1Z01487

The file may be obtained from the Mamfe Council Contracts Office, as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 20 000 FCFA for the tender to the Mamfe Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as

such, should reach the Mamfe Council Contracts Office on 03/04/2024 at 10.00 am local time and labelled.

Any document poorly drawn-up, not boum/ as per Article 24 of the Public Contracts Code or not produced in Seven (7) copies shall be rejected

The maximum deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the supply forming the subject of this request for quotation is three (03) months

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issue      st-rate bankingestablishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is  Tender File, of an amount of 360 000 FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 03/04/2024 at 11.00 am local time by the Mamfe Council Internat Tenders Board in the Conference Hall, located at Mamfe Council premises. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

- Enterprise has any abandoned project

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following:

v  Access to credit or other financial sources (9 million francs at least):           Yes / No

v  References of similar jobs: Yes / No

• Availability of material and essential equipment       : Yes / No
• Experience of supervisory staff: Yes / No
• Methodology                 Yes/No

Turnover as in business license above or equal to 18 million francs CFA; Yes/No

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall entai] rejection of the bid.

NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in faveur of the binary method (Yes or Na).

The jobbing order shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
