Within the framework of the Execution of the 2024 Investment Budget of the South West Regional Assembly, the President of the South West Re_gional Executive Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE ELECTRIC-POWERED BOREHOLES WITH OVERHEAD TANKS IN SOME LOCALITIES IN FAKO DIVISION - SW REGION IN FIVE (05) LOTS

The works that are subject of the present tender consist of:

Preliminary works_;

Drilling works_;

Design-Cleaning and development-pumping test                 _;
 Superstructure and of electri pump installation_;

 Maintenance system

Supply and   installation a generator and house  (Per lot)

Installation of 2 stand taps

The estimated cost of the works followin_g prior studies stands at FCFA 90 000 000(Ninety million francs CFA) broken clown as follows

The works that are subject of the present tender shah be in FIVE (05) Lots as follows:

Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities that are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts

The file may be consulted during working hours at the Cabinet of the President of the Regional Executive Council, first floor of the Regional Assembly Building in Buea, Tel: 233 32 61 86 as soon as this notice is published

The file may be obtained from the same address above as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of FCFA 60,000 (sixty thousand francs), payable at the South West Regional Assembly Treasury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked al such, should reach the Cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, le Floor of the Regional Assembly Building not later than 442024 at 10.00 a.m., local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shall be labelled as follows:

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond of an amount of three hundred and sixty thousand (360 000) FCFA per lot issued by a first-rate financial establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in Document No. 11 of the Tender File. The bid bond whose amount is _given below shall remain valid for 30 (Thirty) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The offers shall be opened in a single phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened in the Conference Hall on^17/04/2024 at 11.00 a.m., local time by the South West Regional Assembly Internal Tender's Board in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

- Absence of bid bond;

-   False declaration or falsified documents;

- Omission of a quantified task on the bill of quantities and cost estimates; - Non satisfaction of at least 70% of the main qualification criteria.

-   Incomplete administrative documents after 48hrs of bid opening 14.2 Essential Criteria

• Methodological approach and relevance of proposed solutions;
  • References of the bidder (experience of at least three (03) years in similar works) - (attach proof)

A bidder may bid for all, but can be awarded a maximum of three lots.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
