Participation in this Invitation to tender shall be open to Cameroonian-based enterprises wrth
experience in the domain.

Work subject to this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment budget 2024.

The tender file may be consulted during woridng hours at ttie LOGONE BIRNI council, upon
publication of this Invitation to tender.

The Tender files can be obtained during working hours from the LOGONE BIRNI council (
Procurement Service) against présentation of a receipt for payment to the LOGONE-BIRNZ
Treasury coundi a non-refundable sum of 10 000 {Ten thousand ) CFA francs, representing
the cost of acquisition of the Tender fiies.

Each offer drafted in English or French and seven (07) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies
marked as such, under seal, without indicating the identity of the bidder, subject to rejection, will
achteve LOGONE BIRNI council (Général secrétariat), no later than 15/03/2024 at 13:00 a.m
local time deposited against a receipt and shall be labelled:

"REQUEST FOR QUOTATION N° 007/RQ/BAT/ICPP/SG/2024 of 20/02/2024
FOR THE EQUIPTMENTO KIDAM IN LOGONE-BIRNl-SUBDIVTSION, LOGONE AND
CHARI DIVISION.

TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE TENDER REVIEW SESSION"

The deadiine of exécution set by the Contracting Authority shall be 60 DAYS LABOR

Each bidder shall inctude in his/her administrative file, a provisional guarantee issued by a welF
estabiished bank, approved by the Minisby in charge of finance and whose llst features in the
Consultstion File with a validity period of 30 (thirty) days beyond the original date of validity of bids
to the tune of FCFA 120 000.

Any other required administrative documents must be produced as original documents or
photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority within the last three months or in course
of validity, according to the listing provided for in the spécial régulations of the tender, otherwise
they shall not be accepted.
Any bid not in compliance witb the spécifications of this tender notice and file shall be rejected.
Notably, the absence of the provisional guarantee issued by a well-established bank approved by
the Ministry in charge of Rnance or its non-complîance with the mode! documents of the tender file
shall lead to outright rejection of the bid.

The opening of the offer documents containing the administrative, technical and financial will
be in one bme. It will take place onl5/02/2024 at 14H p.m. local time. She vtfill be in the
LOGONE-BIRNÏ council office by the coundi Commission for Public Procurement sitting in the
presence of bidders or their duly authoiized représentatives and having perfect Knowledge of the
case.

MAIN ELIMINATORY CRTTERIA:
• Absence of Bid bond ;
• False déclaration, falsified, forged documents ;
• Omission of a quantified unit price in the finandal bid;
• Enterprise which is failing or hat abandoned works during tree (03) last years.

The contrart shall be attributed to the lowest bidder and whose bid compiles with the technical
spedfications.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with efFect from the date of
opening of bids.
