The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications as follows;

Site installation fencing and guarding

Demolition and Masonry works

Roof works

Finishes

Wood, metal, and glass works

Plumbering works

Electrical Works

External works

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 30 000 000 FRS

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

5.Financement New(Additif)

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be funded by the PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET of the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development for the 2024 financial year, Budgetary Head: 58 27 100 02 641932 523316

The file may be consulted during working hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm at the contracts service of the Tiko council as soon as this notice is published.

9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 600 000 representing 2% of the project amount] and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of vaiidity of bids

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 23 OF _04_2024 at 11:00 am local time by the Tiko Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of Tiko Councii.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

In case of absence or non conformity of an administrative document, the bidder will be given 48 hours to produce or replace the document in question.

Non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shah entail rejection of the bid. NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favor of the binary method (Yes or No).

14.Attribution New(Additif)

The Contract shah be awarded to the contracter fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions

15.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadiine set for the submission of tenders
