The Vice-Chancelior of the University of Buea hereby launches an Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender N°. 001/ONIT/TB/UB/24 of 20/03/2024 for the Construction of a Concrete Fence at Some port.ons of the University of Buea Land.

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works in this phase comprise the construction of 300 meters of concrete/filled block fence at some portions of the University of Buea land boundary

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated colt alter preliminary studies is 50,000,000 (fifty million) francs CFA including taxes

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

This call for tenders is open to all qualified national companies specialised in the domain of building construction

5.Financement New(Additif)

This project is financed by the Public Investment Budget of the University of Buea, Programme 119 Article 119412, Paragraph 642009.

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The tender file can be consulted during working hours at the Development Office, Room 211, of the Central Administration Building at the University of Buea, as soon as the tender is published

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

Tender documents can be obtained during working hours at the Secretariat of the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of 60,000 (sixty thousand) CFA francs te be paid into the special ARMP account No. 97568660001-28 at BICEC.

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Bids shall be submitted in seven (07) copies (one original and six copies) to the Development Office, Room 211, of the Central Administration Building, University of Buea, latest 12:00 noon prompt on 10/04/2024. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner,

9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline stipulated by the Contracting Authority for the execution of this project shall be 04 (four) months.

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his Administrative Documents a bid bond of 1,000,000 (one million) CFA francs. This must be issued by a bank recognized by the Ministry of Finance, as specified on Document 12 of this tender file and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

11.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

Bills shall be opened in a single phase in the Conference Room of the Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, on 10/04/2024 at 01.00 pan by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorised representatives who should have a perfect mastery of the bids.

Only bids which obtain a technical score of 28 on 40 shall be submitted for financial analysis.

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions
