The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender N°. 002/ONIT/TB/UB/24 of 20/03/2024 for the Rehabilitation of 02 Amphitheatres at the University of Buea Main Campus

The job involves refurbishing, painting, electricity, carpentry, masonry and fixed furniture for Amphitheatres 150 A and B.

This project is financed by the Public Investment Budget of the University of Buea. Programme 119 Article 119910 Paragraph 220016

Tender documents can be obtained during working hours al the Secrelarial of the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building, upon presentation of a receipi of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 (fifty thousand)franes CFA per lot, to be paid into the special ARMP aecouni No. 975GS660001-28at BICEC.

Bids shall be submitted in seven (07) copies (one original and six copies) to the Development Office, Room 211, of the Central Administration Building, University of Buea, latcst 12:00 noon prompt on 10/04/2024. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buca, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner,

Bids shall be opened in a single phase in the Conference Room of the Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, on 10/04/2024 at 01.00 p.m by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the presence of

the bidders or their duly authorised representatives who should have a perfect mastery of the bids.
