Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2024 THE Mayor of Tinto Council (Contracting Authority) hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE CONSRUCTION OF CEAC UPPER BANYANG AT NFAINCHANG (PHASE I) TINTO COUNCIL AREA, MANYU DIVISION SOUTH WEST REGION.
The works comprise notably:
LOT 100: PREPARATORY WORKS AND STUDIES
LOT 200: EARTH WORK
LOT 300: FOUNDATION
LOT 400: ELEVATION WORKS
LOT 500: CARPENTARY WORKS
LOT 600: METAL/WOODEN JOINERY WORKS
LOT 700: SANITARY FITTINGAND PLUMBING WORKS
LOT 800: ELECTRICAL WORKS
LOT 900: PAINTING WORKS
LOT 1000: TILES WORKS
LOT 1100: LANDSCAPING (VDR)
The total estimated cost of the works of this project after preliminary studies is Twentythree million (23 000 000) FCFA as programmed in the 2024 Budget.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to ail registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB 2024, BUDGET HEAD: 59 30 186 04 644910 523313 921 Record: No. 1Z04546

Each bid drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach room 03of Tinto Council not later thanl 031 2024 at 09 a.m. local time and should carry the inscription:

- Envelop C: financial offer.

The maximum deadline provided for the execution of the works forming this First Phase of the project subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by e first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount for. the total oi four hundred and sixty thousand (460 000) FCFA which is valid for
beyond the date of validity of bids.
Each bid drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach room 03of Tinto Council not later thanl 031 2024 at 09 a.m. local time and should carry the inscription:

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative documents, the technical and financial bids on 16/04/2024 at 10 am prompt local time by the Tinto Council Internai Tenders Board situated et the Conference Hall of the Tinto Council Chambers.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person
¨ Absence of bid bond,
- False declaration or forged document in file,
- History of bad execution of similar work or on-going legal suit with Government;
¨ Absence of attestation of site visit signed by THE MAYOR OF TINTO COUNCIL/HIS REPRESENTATIVE OR THE TRADITIONAL AUTHORITY OF THE VILLAGE.
¨ Non-compliance with major technical specifications worth 70% ,
- Absence of quantified unit price.
¨ Attestation of non-abandonment of public contracta.
