The exécution deadline sets by the Project Owner is three (03) months. This period includes the Rainy seasons, weather
and someolher factors with effecî from the day of works' notification; signlng's date of the contract.

All the bidder have to joint îo her administrative document a deposit ofsubmission establish by the bank of fist order accept
by the minister of finance in which the list is présent in DAO, with amount of2% of predict cost TTC equal to 640 000
FCFA validfor thirteen (30) days under the original date of validiiy of tender.

Lest they be rejected, shouid compulsory be submitted only the originals and copies of the other required administrative
documents (valid) certified by either the issuing service or an administrative aulhority in keeping with the requiremems of Ute
spécial tender régulation.

The Chairman HINA council, Contracting Authority grants the contract to the applicant whose file, technicaliy sidiled,
assessed appealing wiih the lowest bid deemed to be and subsîantially in accordance with the tender file.

Applicants will be bound by their tenders for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the tender-submission
deadline.
