Within the framework of the 2024 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Mayor Tiko Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ECOLE PUBLIQUE CIAP MUTENGENE
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical spécifications as follows;

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET of the Ministry of Basic Education for the 2024 financial year, Budgetary Head:58 15 102 01 641932 523314

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 260 000 representing 2% of the project amount] and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the _30_ OF _04_2024 at 11:00 am local time by the Tiko Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of Tiko Council.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.
Eliminatory Criteria

The Contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
