Within the framework of the execution of 2024 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Mayor Tiko Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender FOR THE EQUIPMENT OF A GYMNASIUM IN TIKO
The services of this contract include: (supply, transportation, handling and acceptance of equipment' s).
The estimated cost aller preliminary studies is 15 000 000 FRS
This tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender
The services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET of the Ministry Sports and Physical Education for the 2024 financial year, Budgetary Head:58 16 007 03 641932 524419

- The complete tender file may be obtained from the contracts service of Tiko Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of 20 000 FCFA, at the Tiko Council Treasury.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 300 000 and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on _30 _ /_ 04_ /2024 at 11 am local time by the Tender Board of Tiko Council at the Tiko Council conference hall in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file. (Power of Attorney).
Bid shah be rejected when:
In case of absence or non conformity of an administrative document, the bidder will be given 48 hours to produce or replace the document in question. (Non conformity of administrative documents, technical offers
and specifications, antecedents of bad execution of contracts etc
The technical score is less than the minimum required

The non-respect of 02 criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid.
NB: the marking scale for offers by award of points is banned in favour of the binary method (Yes or No).
Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
