Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III Council on behalf of the Minister of decentralization And Local Development hereby launches a Request for Quotation Rehabilitation of Limbe III Council chambers and installation of wooden wall storage

The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated costs of the supplies alter preliminary studies is thirteen million, one hundred thousand (13,100,000) France CFA

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.

Services which foret the subject ofthis request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year. Budget head No: 582710002641935524118

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Limbe III Council Office. as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the Limbe III Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of Thirty thousand (30,000) FCFA, payable at Limbe III Municipal Treasury.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of Two hundred and sixty-two thousand (262,000) FCFA

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) dais from the date the bids are opened.
