Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe III Council on behalf of the Minister of Basic Education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the rehabilitation of government school (GS) IJAW-MABETA, Limbe III Council
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
: The estimated costs after preliminary study is 16,500,000 FCFA
The tender is open to dulv legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 17/04/2024 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe III Council Internai Tenders Board at the Limbe III Council chambers, located Chop Farm-Bimbia. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

Bids shall be rejected when:
1- The absences of bid bond in the administrative document
2- There's absence of missing document in Administrative file after 48 hours of the opening Article 193
3- There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document
4- There's absence of quantified unit price 15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:
1- Turnover at least: I 5.000.000 FCFA Yes / No
2- Attestation of Solvency from a recognized bank not less than 10.000,000 FCFA Yes / No
3- Enterprise's references Yes / No
4- Methodology Yes / No
5- Availabilil of material and essential equipment Yes / No
6- Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No
