. The Government of Cameroon has, as part of the World Bank's support for the ,agricultural sector, received a Credit from the International Development Association (AID) to finance the Emergency Crisis Fight Project Food (PULCCA) , and inténds to use part of the amount of this Credit to pay for the contracts of service providers identified in the directory of suppliers, service providers and consultants.
The PULCCA aims to urgently respond to the mitigation of the short-terni impacts of food and nutritional insecurity, as well as its medium-term factors to strengthen economic, climatic and community resilience in the Noithem Regions. , the Far North, Adamaoua, the North-West, the South-West and the Ea
Ø Component 1 : "Support for food and nutritional stabilization of the rapid response with a view to rapid recovery and strengthening resilience". The objective of this component is to respond to the immediate needs of food insecurity in the areas targeted by the project. It will provide direct and indirect food assistance to several vulnerable population segments in crisis-affected communities, while contributing to long-term climate mitigation and adaptation.
Ø Component 2 : "Strengthening the production capacities of smallholders through crop and livestock support for climate and nutritional resilience". This component aims to provide producers (farmers, breeders and fishermen) with inputs, technical assistance, post-harvest management and added value.
Ø*Ik Component 3 : "Support for strengthening government capacity to monitor food security crises, information systems and agrometeorological services". The objective of this component is to strengthen the national early warning system and preparedness capacity so that the government can minimize the humanitarian and socio-economic costs of food crises.

The expression of interest file for the construction of storage stores must include the following documents:
· A letter declaring expression of interest stamped at 1,500 CFA Francs showing the company name, the address of the head office and the powers delegated to the signatory, as well as the lot(s) interested;
· An administrative file valid for the year 2024 and including administrative documents (in certified copies valid for the current financial year);
· References (markets/contracts) in the field of construction in general;
· References (similar markets/contracts) in the field of construction;
· Evidence of the technical capacity of the contractor proving that he can mobilize several teams at the same time (personnel and material)' for the execution of the contract;
· present a financing capacity of around 7,000,000 CFA francs per store.
4. After examination, the files deemed essentiâlly compliant will be retained in the PULCCA directory.
