2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The supply consist of;

Acquisition and installation of lister generator

Supply of fuel

Supply of maintenance tool box

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is THIRTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRERD (13 800 000) FCFA.

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The supply which forms the subject of this request for quotation shall be financed by the: SWRA BUDGET 2024.

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The request for quotation may be consulted during working hours (7:30 AM-3:30 PM) in SWRA at the President's cabinet upon publication of this tender notice.

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The request for quotation may be acquired from the President's cabinet of SWRA as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable receipt bearing the amount of fifteen thousand francs ( 15 000) FCFA paid into Account of SWRA Treasury

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French shall be presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shall bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach the President's cabinet Iatest the 2 9 AVR 2021at 10:00 am local time and should carry the inscription:

9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the supply is three (03) months from the date of notification of service order to start supply

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in its administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose Iist is round in document No. 11 of the Tender File, and of an amount of two hundred and seventy-six thousand ( 276 000) fcfa, representing 2% of the total amount which shah be valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the bids

Bid bonds for unsuccessful bidders shall be withdrawn not later than fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract and that of the successful bidder shah be retained until the required performance guarantee for good execution is provided:

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The offers shah be opened in single phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids
shah be opened on, the 2 9 AVRIL at 11.00 a.m., local time by the South West Regional Assembly Internai Tender's Board in the conference hall. In the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

13.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

Absence of bid bond;

False declaration or falsified documents;

Omission of a quantified task on the bill of quantifies and cost estimates; - Incomplete administrative document after 48hrs of bid opening;

- Non satisfaction of at least 70% of the main qualification criteria. 14.2- Essentiel criteria The evaluation criteria related to the qualification of bids will be binary as follows:

1 General presentation of the offer

2 Justification of the turnover of the company at least 10 000 000 F

3 Guarantee period of six months.

4 Pre financing Attestation of at least at 6 000 000 F

5 References of the Company

General Reference of contracts of at least 10 000 000 F

6 Methodology and planning of execution of the supply;

7 Proof of acceptance of the contract conditions

14.Attribution New(Additif)

The Jobbing order shah be awarded to the lowest bidder whose bids is in conformity with the technical requirement of the request for quotation, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code.

15.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

The bidders shah remain committed to their offers/bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.

16.Renseignements Complémentaires New(Additif)

Complementary technical information may be obtained during working hours on week days from the President's cabinet of the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY,
