Within the framework of the execution of the 2024 REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL hereby launches an open national invitation to tender (Through emergency procedure) for THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A THREE PHASE TRANSFORMER AND REINFORCEMENT OF THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK AT THE LIMBE DISTRICT HOSPITAL, FAKO DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION
The works comprise notably THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A THREE PHASE TRANSFORMER AND REINFORCEMENT OF THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK AT THE LIMBE DISTRICT HOSPITAL, FAKO DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION. This involves the realization of the tasks outlined in the bills of quantities and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses comprising notably:
- Derivation of a MV three phase line with 3x34.4mm2Almelec cable;
- Construction of one three phase transformation substations equipped with H61- 160EcVA/30Kv/B2; Connection with metering;
- Construction of three phase Low Voltage Line with 3x70mm2 +1NP+2EP preassembled aluminium cable;
- Sundry expenses.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is CFA Francs nineteen million one hundred and seventy four thousand thirty three (19,174,033) including taxes.
Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities that are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.
Construction which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by FEICOM Budget, 2023-2024 financial year.

The maximum duration of execution provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months as from the date of notification of service order to start work.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond that respects the models of this tender file, issued by a first-rate banking establishment and other financial institutions
approved by the Ministry in charge of finance, (see list in document No. 11. of this tender file), and of an amount of three hundred and eighty-three thousand four hundred and eighty-one (383 481) fcfa, valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
Bid bonds for unsuccessful bidders shall be withdrawn not later than fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract and that of the successful bidder shall be retained until the required performance guarantee for good execution is provided.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

¨ False declaration or forged document;
¨ Incomplete administrative documents alter 48hrs of bid opening;
