Eliminatory criieria
The eliminatory criteria sel the minimum conditions to be met in order lo bc admitted to the évaluation accinxling to the cssenlial criteria. Failure to comply wilh thcse criteria will resuit in the rejeetion of the lenderer's offer.

b) Failure lo régularisé a non-compliant administrative document after 48 hours;
c) FalsiUed document or previously certillcd document and/or false déclaration;
d) Failure to présent a photocopy ofthe DAG purchase receipt when submitting bids to the project owner's contracting depariment;
c) Incomplète technical offer due to the absence of the site visit report signed on honour by the tenderer;
I) Omission from the financial offer ofa unit price quantitled in the BPU and DQE;
