The works comprise : - Lot 100: INSTALLATION - Lot 200: EARTHWORK - Lot 300: STRUCTURE
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is CFA Francs 17,000,000 including taxes.
- Single lot.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of the invitation to tender.
Construction which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by FEICOM's Budget 2024 financial year

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documc,nts, e bid bond issued by e first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of financo and whoso list is tound in document No 12 of the Tender File, cf an amount of 340,000 CFA francs and valid for tNrty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The opening of administrative documents and the technicai and financial bids on 26/04/2024 at 10 a.m. o'clock local time by the ISANGELE Tenders Board situated et ISANGELE COUNCIL Town Hall.
Only bidders MAY attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

- Absence of the execution methodology and planning work;

- Incomplete financial file;
- Absence of quantified unit price;
- Non-compilant documents.
