MINDFUL of Decree No. 2017/094 of 13/03/2017 appointing Senior Divisional Officers in which Mr. ABSALOM WOLOA MONONO, Senior Administrative Officer was appointed as Senior Divisional Officer for Momo;

MINDFUL of the decree N°2018/366 of 20 June 2018 on the Public ContractsCode;

MINDFUL of the circular N° 001/CAB/PRof 19 June 2012 in relation totheaward and Control of public contracts;

MINDFUL of the circular N° 005/LC/MINMAP/CAB of 03/07/2018 precising transitory measures to be observed following the signature and publication of Decree No. 2018/366 of 20/06/2018 on the Public Contract Code;

MINDFUL Circular No. 001/C/MINFI of 28/12/2018 bearing on the instructions relating to the Execution of Finance Laws, the Monitoring and Control of Execution of Budget of the Stateand other Public Entities, for the2019 financial year;

CONSIDERING the of the proposal from the Momo Divisional Tenders Board of 02/05/2019;

HEREBY DECIDES

Article 1: That the jobbing for the RURAL ELECTRIFICATION OF EFFAH VILLAGE IN BATIBO. Momo Division following OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER No. 05/ONIT/NW06/DTB/SEFA/2019 of 12th April 2019 is hereby awarded as follows:
