MINDFUL: of Decree No 2012/074 of August 2012, relating to the setting up, organization and functioning of tenders Board.

MINDFUL: Order No.00000303/A/MINATD/DCT of November 2013, to endorse the election of Mayor and Deputies, and Council Session of 5th March 2019, where by Tefu Emmanuel A. was elected to replace Tosam Nenghabi Bernard, late Myor of Belo Council.

MINDFUL: Open National Invitation to tender No.001/BCITB/2019 of 29/04/2019 for the construction of Two blocks of two classrooms each at G.S. Njinikejem.

Considering: The necessity of service

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS

ARTICLE I: That the Open National Invitation to tender. Emergency procedure, for the construction of two blocs oftwo classrooms each at G.S. Njinikejem Belo Subdivision, Boyo Division, funded by the Public Investment budget 2019, has been awarded to CONCEPT ENGINEERING CAMEROON, for the sum of 35,999,999 francs, for aduration of three months.

ARTICLE 2: That this Order shall be registered published and communicated where and whenever need arises
