MINDFUL of: Open National Invitation to tender No.002/BC1TB/2019 of 29/04/2019 for the construction of a bridge at GBHS Belo.

Considering: The necessity of service

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS

ARTICLE 1: That the Open National Invitation to tender, Emergency procedure, for the construction of Abridge at GBHS Belo, Boyo Division funded by the Public Investment Project 2019 has been awarded to DECENT HIGHLAND ENTERPRISE, for the sum of 29.955.842 francs, for a duration of three months

ARTICLE 2: That this Order shall be registered published and communicated where and whenever need Arises.
