Article1: That, the Contract to carry out FORTHE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION OF BALIGANSIN AND BALIGASHU VILLAGES IN BALIKUMBAT SUBDIVISION. NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION (STEP 2): BALIGANSIN Following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
