The State of Cameroon represented by the LORD MAYOR OF KOMBO ABEDIMO COUNCIL, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF FARM TOOLS AND EQUIFMENTS TO FARMERS IN KOMBO-ABEDIMO
- The Amount of the project after preliminary studies is fixed at Twenty-three Millions, (23 000 000) FCFA.
Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in medical equipment Supplies.
The supplies, subject of the présent Request for Quotation, shah be financed by the Public Investment MINADER Budget 2024.

The Quotation can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender, at the Kombo Abedimo Council Contracts Office, Tel: . The file may be consulted during working hours at the Kombo-Abedimo Council Chambers as soon as this notice is published.
With effect from the date of signature of this quotation upon presentation of receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of Forty Thousand (40 000) CFA francs, payable at the Municipal Treasury Kombo -Abedimo A copy of the receipt showing payment of the fee shall be attached to the Quotation.
The bidder shall submit 01 original (indicated as such) and 04 copies of the bid in English or French at the Secretariate the contract unit of the Akwaya Council office against a receipt on 04/04/2024
or before 04/04/202 at 9:30am. The outer envelope shall bear the inscription:

The offers or bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.
The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is One (01) Month
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the tender file, of an amount of Four Hundred Thousand (460 000) CFA francs a validity period for Thirty (30) days from the date they opened.
On pain of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. They must obligatorily be not older than three (3) months preceding the date of submission of offers or may be established after the signature of the tender notice. Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer.

The offers shall be opened in single phase. The opening of Administrative Offers (Envelope A), the Technical Offers (Envelope B) and Financial Offers (Envelope C) on the 04/04/2024 at 10:am local Lime by the Kombo-Abedimo Council Tenders Board situated at the Kombo Abedimo Council Conference Hall.
