Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of MUNDEMBA Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMUNITY HALL AT ITUKA VILLAGE PHASE ONE

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Twenty three million (23,000,000) FCFA

Participation is opened to duly legalize Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year; Budget Head No: 583018601641936464211921

These three envelopes should be enclosed into a fourth one and should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first‑rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of 460,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

1. The bids shall be opened in one (01) lot: On 04/03/ 2024 at 11 am prompt local time at the Conference Hall of MUNDEMBA Council, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

ii. Main qualification criteria:

The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following;

v  Access to credit or other financial sources (5 million francs at least)                 Yes / No

v  Has done similar jobs before with reference                                                       Yes / No

v  Acceptable methodology                                                                Yes / No

v  Avàilability of material and essential equipment                         Yes / No

v  supervisory staff with at least five years' experience in Construction works         Yes / No

v  turn over as in business license above or equal to 5 million francs Yes / No

v  qualified personnel relevant to the job.              Yes / No
The non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall cause the elimination/rejection of the bid.
