DECIDES

Article 1: That, the Contract to carry out FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AROUND THE NKWEN SITE OF THE NORTH WEST REGIONAL DELEGATION OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATION. Following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
