Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of MUNDEMBA Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF NURSERY SCHOOL AT GNS MUNDEMBA

The works comprise the4utcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Th irty million (30,000,000) FCFA

Participation is opened to duly legalize Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year; Budget Head No: 5102641936464211426

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first‑rate bank approved by the 'Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of Six hundred thousand francs (600,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days frothe date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in one (01) lot:

On 23/04./ 2024 at 11 am prompt local time at the Conference Hall of MUNDEMBA Council, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

The criteria for qualification of bidder should be on the following;
