Within the framework of the execution of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the State of Cameroon represented by the Lord MAYOR of MUNDEMBA COUNCIL, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches, an open National Invitation to Tender for the PURCHASE OF A 20 TON TIPPER TRUCK FOR MUNDEMBA COUNCIL, Ndian Division of the South west Region.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

Participation to this invitation is open to registered qualified Contractors of Cameroonian Nationality with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in supply of services.

The supplies, subject of this present Open National Invitation to Tender, shall be financed by the Public Investment Bud et, 2024.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during m the date publication of this tender notice, at the SECRETARIATE of Mundemba Council.

The Tender File may be obtained from the office of the Mayor Mundemba Council (service of Public Contracts) as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of eighty thousand (80 000) FCFA, payable at the Mundemba Council Treasury.

The bidder shall submit one (01) original (indicated as such) and six (06) copies of the bid in English-or—French at the Secretariat of the Contract Unit of Mundemba Council office against a receipt not later than 24/04/2024 at 10:00 am local time in sealed envelope. The outer envelope shall bear the inscription:

The bidder shall submit one (01) original (indicated as such) and six (06) copies of the bid in English-or—French at the Secretariat of the Contract Unit of Mundemba Council office against a receipt not later than 24/04/2024 at 10:00 am local time in sealed envelope. The bids shall be opened in one (01) lot: The opening of the Administrative Offers (ENVELOPE), the Technical Offers (ENVELOPE B) and Financial Offer (Envelope C) on the 24 /04 /24 at 11:00 am Local time by the Mundemba Council Internal Tender's Board at the conference hall of Mundemba Council, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge ofthe files if they so desire. The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission
