Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2024, The Mayor of MUNDEMBA Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CARGO BOAT WITH ACCESSORIES AT BUI-U BEACH
The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the Technical Specifications and the quantitative estimates.
The preliminary works to be done is estimated at the cost of 40,000,000 (Forty million) FCFA.
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year; Budget Head No.582710002641936464211821

The maximum period providéd for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first- rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of eight hundred thousand fransc 800,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 16/04/ 2024 at 11:00 A.M local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting Authority at the Mundemba Council conference hall, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

Jhe non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall cause the elimination/rejection of the bid.
The contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions. (Least financial offer)
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
