The General Director hereby launches, on behalf of the BUNEC, an Open National Invitation to tender, for the supply of seven (07) vehicles to his Organization.
The services of this invitation to tender consist in the supply seven (07) vehicles in the National Civil Status Registration Office.

The participation to the present invitation to tender shall be open, on equal conditions, to dealers in automobile based in Cameroon.
The supply related to this invitation to tender shall be financed by the BUNEC Public Investment Budget for the 2015 financial year.
Tender documents shall be consulted following the publication of this invitation to tender at the BUNEC door 303, Department of Finances and administrative affairs.
Tender documents shall be obtained from the BUNEC, upon presentation of a receipt of payment of a non-refundable sum of (200,000) two hundred thousand CFA francs, issued by the Public Treasury and representing the cost of the file.
Each bid, written in French or English, shall be presented in seven(07) copies, including one (01) original and six (06) duplicates labelled as such, and shall reach the BUNEC door 303, latest 12 MAI 2017 at 12H a.m prompt, local time. They shall be labelled:

The maximum execution deadline shall be one (01) month, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to the selected enterprise.
The estimated cost of the operation based on former studies is fixed at four millions (4 000 000) per year
Each bidder shall include, in his file, a bid-bond of (5 000 000) five million CFA francs:
The said bid-bond shall be issued by a first class bank authorized by the Ministry of Finance. Bid-bonds shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of submission of bids.
Tenders shall be opened in one phase, on 13 MAY 2017 at 13 H prompt, local time, at the BUNEC, by the Internal Commission of contrats passation in the presence of the bidders or their duly mandated representatives having a perfect knowledge of their file.
All documents not in conformity with the prescribed documents shall be rejected.
