The execution deadline for this bid is (01) month, as from the date of notification of award of contract detailing the beginning of the services.

The bids should be accompanied by a submission caution of two hundred thousand francs (200 000) F CFA.
This caution should be issued by a first category bank approved by the Ministry of Finance. The validity of this caution is one hundred and twenty (120) days.
The opening of the envelopes will be done on the 15 MAY 2017 at 1 pm, local time, by the Internal Contracts Award Commission at BUNEC’s Conference Hallin Yaoundé, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, with proofs that they have been mandated.
All bids that do not conform to the above prescription shall be declared inadmissible.
