The Director General of the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) in Buea hereby launches an Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No 00210NIT/NASLAiNASLA-ITB/2024 of 0310412024 FOR THE EXECUTION OF EXTERNAL WORKS AT THE NATIONAL SCHOOL OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATION (NASLA), BUEA-PHASE II.

The works comprise:

- VRD of the main façade of the twin building

- Reconstruction of damaged fences

- Demolition of a building

- Development of the path leading to the amphitheater, including the amphitheater courtyard

Walkway connecting educational block to block H and walkway plastering

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is forty million (40 000 000) francs CFA including taxes

The work is not in lots.

This call for tenders is open to all qualified national companies specialised in the domain of civil engineering works.

This project is financed by the 2024 Budget of MINDDEVEL, Budgetary Line 58 099 03 730001 464110.

1.                              The deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of this project shall be four (04) months.

Under penalty of being rejected, only originels or true copies certified by the issuing service or competent administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officers) must imperativeiy be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. They must obligatorily be not aider than three (3) months preceding the date of submission of bids but may be established after the signature of the tender notice

Any bid not in compliance with the prescriptions of the Tender File shall be rejected. This refers especially to the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister of Finance, The duly signed and stamped bid following the model provided, should be presented with and without taxes.

Bids shall be opened in the Library of the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) in Buea, on 2610412024 at 11 am by the National School of Local Administration Internai Tenders Board in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorised representatives.

The absence of any of the undermentioned documents is eliminatory:

Only bids which obtain a technical score of 28 on 40 shall be submitted for financial analysis. NB: Each item may score more than one Yes/No (see Technical Evaluation of Bids).

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the Iowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the tender submission deadline.
