1.Objet New(Additif)

The Director General of the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) in Buea hereby launches an

OPEN National Invitation to Tender No 00310NITINASLA/NASLA-ITB/2024 of 12104/2024

FOR THE EXTENSION/REINFORCEMENT OF THE ELECTRICITY NETWORK OF THE NATIONAL SCHOOL OF

LOCAL ADMINISTRATION (NASLA), BUEA-PHASE II in two lots :

LOT 1: EXTENSION OF THE ELECTRICITY NETWORK OF NASLA;

LOT 2: REINFORCEMENT OF THE ELECTRICITY NETWORKS OF NASLA

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)
  1. The works comprise:
  • Realization of different electrical post;
  • Installation of electrical Box;
  • Chipping and sealing of amthitheater 360 floor to reveal and adjust wiring ;
  • Supply and fix grade A Ceramic floor tiles after floor wiring in amphitheater 360 ;
3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is sixty million (60.000.000) francs CFA that is :

The tender file can be consulted during working hours at the Service of Contracts at the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) in Suu., as soon as the tender is published

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

Tender documents can be obtained during working hours at the Service of Contracts of the National School of

Local Administration (NASLA) in Buea, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of fifty thousand (50,000) francs CFA to be paid into the special ARMP account No.335 98800001.89 AT BICEC in the name of CAS-ARMP

Bids shall be submitted in seven (07) copies (one original and six copies) to the Service of Contracts of the National

The deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of this project shall be three (03) months for each lot.

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

Bids shall be opened in the conference hall of the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) in Buea, on 07105/2024 at 11am by the National School of Local Administration internai Tenders Board in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorised representatives

Technical bids shall be evaluated on the basis of essential criteria below using a binary (Yes/No) scale.

A - Presentation of tender: (Maximum 4 yes)

B - References of the Enterprise- (Previous experience on construction projects) (Maximum 7 yes)

C - Proof of availability of relevant equipment to be used for the project:(Maximum 5 yes)

Only bids which obtain a technical score of 28 on 40 shall be submitted for financial analysis. NB: Each item may score more than one Yes/No (see Technical Evaluation of Bids).

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions. NB: Bidders can tender for many lots but only one lot can be awarded to one bidder.

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall be bound by their bids fora period of ninety (90) days with affect from the tender submission deadiine.
