Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2024 the Mayor of Tinto Council (Contracting Authority) hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF IHC EYANG ATEM AKO, UPPER BANYANG SUB DIVISION, MANYU DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION
The works comprise notably:
- LOT 100: PREPARATORY WORKS AND STUDIES
- LOT 200 CARPENTRY AND JOINERY
- LOT 300: PLASTERING & FLOORING
- LOT 400: METAL WORK/ PLUMBING
- LOT 500: GENERAL ELECTRICAL REPAIRS
- LOT 600: GENERAL PAINTING
- LOT 700: VRD
The total estimated cost of the works of this project alter preliminary studies is TWENTY MILLION (20 000 000) FCFA as programmed in the 2024 Budget.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to ail registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities.
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB 2024, BUDGET HEAD: No. 59 40 047 06 641910 523316 611 Record: No. IZ06661

The maximum deadline provided for the execution of the works forming this First Phase of the project subject of this invitation to tender is Three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount for the total project of Four hundred thousand (400 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
Each bid drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach room 04 of Tinto Council not later than 23/04/ 2024 at 09 a.m. local time and should carry the inscription:

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative documents, the technical and financial bids on 23/04/ 2024 at 10 am prompt local time by the Tinto Council Internat Tenders Board situated at the Conference Hall of the Tinto Council Chambers.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.
i Eliminatory criteria
They are especially:
¨ Absence of bid bond,
¨ False declaration or forged document in file,
- History of bad execution of similar work or on-going legal suit with Government;
- Non-compliance with major technical specifications worth 70% ,
¨ Absence of quantified unit price.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.
