invitation to tender for 'FILE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE IN GBHS MUDEKA PHASE I; FAKO DIVISION SOUTH WEST REGION BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
The works comprise notably THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE of 220M long and 2.5m high IN GBHS MUDEKA PHASE I; FAKO DIVISION SOUTH WEST REGION. This involves the realization of the:
- Preliminary works and actions involving; Studies and site installation;
- Earth Works ; - Foundation Works ;
- Elevation/masonry Works ;
- Electrical Works ;
- Painting ;
The estimated cost after preliminary studies stands at: TWENTY MILLION (20 000 000) FCFA
The works which are subject of this invitation to tender is single lot.
Participation is opened to ail duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities and who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.

The maximum duration of execution provided for by the Contracting Authority is four (04) months. This duration is as from the date of notification of the service order to start work.

Omission of a quantified task on the bill of quantities and cost estimates;
- Non satisfaction of at least 70% of the main qualification criteria

142. Main qualification (essential) criteria: The evaluation of the bids shah be done on prec technical criteria following the binary process (`Yes' or 'No'). The criteria relating to the qualifica candidates will indicatively be on the following:
- General Presentation, compliance with the model bid;
- Financial capacity; 40 million
- Experience (references) of the enterprise;
- Company turnover 20 million
- Personnel to be mobilized
- Material and essential equipment put at the disposai of the project;
- Methodology, organization of the site and relevance of proposed solutions;
Execution deadline of 04 months
The contract shah be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the file and on tifebasis of the lowest bid and technically qualified, in accordance with article 99(a) public contracts code. That is, it shah be awarded to the bidder with a satisfactory technical score a lowest financial offer
