Within the framework of the execution of the 2024 REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL hereby launches an open national invitation to tender for THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE IN GBHS EKONDO-TITI PHASE 3; NDIAN DIVISION SOUTH WEST REGION ( BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE)
The works comprise notably THE CONSTRUCTION OF a FENCE IN GBHS EKONDO-TITI PHASE 3; NDIA DIVISION SOUTH WEST REGION. This involves the realization of the tasks outlined in the bills quantities and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses comprising notably:
Preliminary works and actions involving; Studies and site installation; - Earth Works ;

Elevation/masonry Works ;

The estimated cost after preliminary studies stands at: FIFTY-SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-SEVEN (56,429,747)) FCFA.
The works which are subject of this invitation to tender is single lot.
Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technic financial and legal capacities and who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of pub contracts.
Works which formed the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the SOUTH WEST REGION. ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, 2024 financial years through budget head (imphtation) N°. 220140

142. Main qualification (essential) criteria: The evaluation of the bids shah be done on prec technical criteria following the binary process (`Yes' or 'No'). The criteria relating to the qualifica candidates will indicatively be on the following:
- General Presentation, compliance with the model bid;
- Financial capacity; 40 million
- Experience (references) of the enterprise;
- Company turnover 50 million
- Personnel to be mobilized
- Material and essential equipment put at the disposai of the project;
- Methodology, organization of the site and relevance of proposed solutions;
- Execution deadline of 04 months
The contract shah be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the file and on tifebasis of the lowest bid and technically qualified, in accordance with article 99(a) public contracts code.
