Within the framework of the execution of the 2024 REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL hereby launches an open national invitation to tender FOR THE DISPLACEMENT OF ENEO HIGH TENSION LINE AT THE SITE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY, FAKO DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works comprise notably THE DISPLACEMENT OF ENEO HIGH TENSION LINE AT THE SITE FOR TI IE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY, FAKO DIVISION; SOUTH WEST REGION this involves the realization of the tasks outlined in the bills of quantities and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses comprising notably:

Dismantling of concrete and removal of mettallic poles

Implantation of concrete pales 11 by 300 SOL NORMAL NOSO

Implantation of concrete poles 11/800

Earthing of I.A.M.C. Sundry expenses.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is CFA Francs Fifteen million francs CFA (15,000,000) including taxes.

4.Allotissement New(Additif)

The services subject of this tender Comprises a Single lot.

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracta.

6.Financement New(Additif)

Construction which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall lue financed by the South West g Regional Assembly 1nvestment Budget, imputation 670128.

The tendet^. file shall be consulted during working hours at the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY, precisely at the'cabinet of the President of the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY (SWRA) as soon as this notice is published.

The tender file may be acquired from the SWRA at the cabinet of the President of SWREC as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt (payable at the south west regional .tssemblY (SWRA) Treasury bearing the amount of fifteen tthousand francs (15000) FCFA. Such a receipt shah identily the concerned bidder.

The eliminatory criteria are the following:

Incomplete administrative file;

¨ Absence of a bid bond

¨ Absence of Licence/agreement from ENEO to construct and maintain MT/HTA(593mm²)

False declaration or forged document;

¨ Non-respect of least at 70% essential criteria;

Incomplete administrative document after 48hrs of bid opening
Absence of quantified unit price;

The evaluation criteria related to the qualification of bids will be binary as follows:

General presentation of the offer

Justification of the turnover of the company at least 20 000 000 F

Guarantee period of six months.

l're financing Attestation of at least at 10 000 000 F

Qualified personnel;

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The Jobbing Order shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technically qualified, in accordance with article 99(a) of the public contracts code. That is, it shall be awarded to the bidder with a satisfactory technical score and the lowest financial offer.

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
