Within the fràmework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Director of LINAFI hereby launches a • Open National Invitation to Tender for the supply of a mini-bus (30 seats) for transportation of students for the Limbe Nautical Arts and Fisheries Institute (LINAFI)
The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the iechnical specifications
Services which form the subject of this Open National Invitation to Tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2024 financial year for LINAFI. The sources of fmancing is from MINEPIA (55,000,000 FCFA) and LINAFI personal revenue (3,650,000FCFA).
The esti.mated costs of the supplies alter preliminary salifies is 58,650,000 FCFA.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this Open National Invitation to Tender.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is one (01) month.
Each bidder must includ&in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of 1,173,000 FCFA.
NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

- There is absence of any administrative document
- There is any fake document, False declaration or forged document
- There is absence of quantified unit price
- The Enterprise has any abandoned contract.

Bidders shah' be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of ope ning of bids
